Welcome to Verix Teams! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Verix Teams platform, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By signing up, accessing, or using Verix Teams, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using Verix Teams on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

To use Verix Teams, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a guardian. You must also provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

3. Subscription & Billing

Verix Teams offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: violating any local or international laws, attempting unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, uploading malicious content or malware, or using the Service to transmit spam or offensive material. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to Verix Teams. By using the platform, you grant us a license to host and process your data strictly to provide the Service. Please review our Privacy Policy for more on how we collect, store, and protect your information.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable, high-uptime service. However, we do not guarantee 100% availability. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to data will be limited, but you may request an export of your information within a reasonable period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on Verix Teams (excluding your submitted content) are the property of Verix or its licensors. You may not duplicate, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial loss resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
